Trisha entered the commercial real estate industry in 1999 as a paralegal for a boutique law firm in New Orleans, specializing in complex real estate transactions involving New Market Tax and Historic Tax Credits. During her career there, Trisha worked in a variety of roles on many historic projects throughout the New Orleans area.
Trisha has worked closely with many sophisticated developers in their purchase, development and creation of condominium regimes. Trisha played a key role in the condominium transactions at the Cotton Mill Condominiums, Civic Lofts, 1205 St. Charles Condominiums, 1201 Canal Condominiums and Mills Row Condominiums. With title abstracting and transactional experience of commercial, single family residential, multi-family residential and condominium properties, Trisha offers a unique comprehensive perspective that helps her clients achieve their real estate goals.
